Thank you for choosing Digital Taxcellent. We aim to provide professional tax assistance. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments.

1. Services Initiated

Once we have started the process for your tax filing (GST, Income Tax, TDS) or registration (MSME, etc.) on the government portal, no refund will be issued. This is because our professional time and efforts have already been invested.

2. Erroneous Payments

If you have made a duplicate payment or an extra amount has been deducted by mistake, please notify us within 24 hours. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

3. Government Fees & Penalties

Any amount paid towards government taxes, late fees, or penalties is non-refundable under any circumstances, as these payments are made directly to the government authorities through their respective portals.

4. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you decide to cancel the service before we have started working on your documents or accessed the portal, a refund may be provided after deducting a 10% processing fee.

Important Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by government portal technical issues or server downtime. No refunds will be issued for such external delays.
